1.1 Agreement Acceptance

Accessing or playing any online game developed by Aerandovica Games constitutes a binding technical and legal agreement. These terms apply to all users globally, including those utilizing our software on iOS and Android tablet systems. If you do not align with these architectural requirements, you must cease all service access immediately.

Our focus is on casual games and skill-based competition. We strictly prohibit the development or promotion of mechanics involving financial risk-taking or any prohibited prize-based activities.

1.2 Modifications

Aerandovica Games reserves the right to update these terms to reflect new technical standards in our game engine architecture. Changes become effective upon their timestamped publication on this ledger. Continued usage of our software signifies your acceptance of the updated blueprint.

Winners

Players who achieve top performance based on skill, timing, and engagement metrics within our fair-play competitive frameworks.

Assets

All code, UI elements, game engine logic, and proprietary Canadian intellectual property integrated into our development stack.

Restricted Activity Parameters

Users are strictly prohibited from modifying the core APK or iOS binary files of our games. Our technical monitoring systems actively identify and isolate accounts that attempt to bypass the game's architectural physics or logic.

Usage of our services for any unauthorized commercial purposes is a breach of these terms. We do not support, permit, or consult on any platforms that utilize our games for high-stakes financial risk-taking. Our games are designed solely for casual entertainment and intellectual skill engagement.

Harassment, data mining, or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary casual engine architecture will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action under Canadian digital protection statutes.

Liability Insulation

Aerandovica Games provides services on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" architectural basis. We do not guarantee that our games will operate without interruption on all tablet models or network conditions.

In no event shall Aerandovica Games, its Canadian developers, or stakeholders be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our casual engine platform. This includes, but is not limited to, hardware thermal issues, data synchronization latency, or user-side misinterpretation of game mechanics.

Our maximum liability to any user for any claim related to these terms is limited to the amount paid, if any, by the user to Aerandovica Games within the 3-month period preceding the claim event.

Canadian Intellectual Property

All visual artifacts, online game assets, and underlying code are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. These are the result of precision Toronto engineering and remain the exclusive property of Aerandovica Games.

Trademarks

"Aerandovica", "Casual Engine Architecture", and associated logos are registered trademarks. No license is granted for their use outside of authorized game play.

User Content

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant Aerandovica Games a royalty-free, perpetual license to integrate these ideas into our development stack.

Enforcement

We actively monitor digital marketplaces for unauthorized clones or distribution of our games. Our legal team in Toronto vigorously protects our winners and our development community from fraudulent intellectual theft.
